The day before yesterday it was 3 degrees. Now it's raining. Pretty wacky. In a tribute to global warming, I'll see if I can come up with a list of weather-related songs. See if you can add to it.
1) Obviously, "Rainy Days and Mondays"
2) "Summertime, and the Livin' is Esay"
Okay, that didn't last long. That's all I got at 6:00 in the morning when there's a stack of papers calling to me "grade me, grade me now"! Help me out here, if you can.

"Bus Stop" by the Hollies.
"Raindrops keep falling on my head" by BJ Thomas.
"California dreamin'" by the Mamas and the Papas. It counts because it happens during winter.
"Hazy Shade of Winter" by Simon and Garfunkel.
Good lord, I appear to be 20 years older than I actually am. I'm sure I'll think of a ton during my final.
"I'll follow the sun", Beatles
Winter Wonderland
Baby It's Cold Outside
Sleigh Ride
If weather just has to be in the title, I could add "Pissing in the wind" by Badly Drawn Boy, who you love so much. :)
From the category of musicals, there's
Singin' in the rain
Somewhere over the rainbow
Oh, and It's too darn hot. I knew there had to be a Cole Porter in there somewhere.
Now I have to stop and compile so I don't have 20 posts.
Now I'm grading and stalling out.
"Who will stop the rain", CCR
How about:
MacGarthur Park
Oklahoma! (from Kathy)
Oh What a Beautiful Morning! (from Kathy)
Jingle Bells!
C'mon people! More songs!
"mr. sun" Raffi
Horse with no name
"I'm just a little black raincloud" from the Winnie the Pooh Movie... it's in the part where Pooh tries to fool the bees... Now I can't get the song out of my head.
Purple Rain. :D
It never rains in Southern California.
Carlie,
If you work where we do long enough, you turn twenty years older than everyone. At least that's how I feel during grading.
